DESCRIPTION
· D-Plate is composed of construction steel JIS SS400 and a wear resistant coating applied by arc welding.
· The
deposit
has
been
realised by means of stringer beads to give
low dilution and a homogeneous structure with a fine crack pattern giving a uniform wear surface especially adapted to abrasive wear.
· High volume of chromium carbides evenly distributed throughout the thickness of the deposit.
· Keeps its outstanding properties up to approximately 150°C.
APPLICATIONS
The composite wear plate D-PLATE 100 is designed for parts that must resist abrasive or erosive wear with impacts and moderate mechanical constraints.
